He was born May 13, 1933 in Milwaukee, son of Mrs. E.D. Fellman, Sr. of Shawano and the late Edward Dean Fellman, Sr. He graduated from Cornell University in 1955 with an MBA degree and served in the US Army. Ted moved to Shawano in 1966 where he was Comptroller/Treasurer of Phenix Mfg. Co. In 1975 he established the firm of Fellman, CPA, later expanding to Fellman, Rose & Kerber, CPA, retiring in 1991. He was a retired life member of Rotary International, and a member and Master Mason of the Shawano Masonic Lodge #175, and was active in church and community organization. Survivors include his wife Carol yn "Cary" Fellman, Shawano; children: Elizabeth K. Fellman, Minneapolis, Kenneth L. (Kathy) Fellman, Whitefish Bay, and Sarah F. (George) Ehrhardt, Pewaukee; grandchildren: Clayton Fellman, Ella and Jeffrey Ehrhardt; mother Mrs. E.D. Fellman, Sr., Shawano; brothers: Steven (Mary) Fellman, Shawano, William (Evie) Fellman, Shawano; sister: Ann (Bill) Radtke, Shawano; sister-in-law: Margaret Dega, Madison; nieces and nephews. Memorials Services Tues., Jan. 16, 1996 at 9:30 AM at the Shawano United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Lynn Kollath, Rev. Jacob Preuss and Rev. Jim Feay. Visitation Tues., 9:00 AM at the Church until time of Services. In lieu of flowers, the Fellman family suggests memorials be designated to the charity of your choice.
