Thank you very much for the e-mail, however thats not my Wise's. This is real hard to trace due to lack of info. I olny found one reference to them at the Nation Archives in Washington, and it was of E.E. Wise'e brother Ray in a census file. Can't seem to find anything about them, but I refuse to give up.
