Dear K.Ellis- I hope you don't mind the name I am addressing this message to, but I don't know another to which to send it. Anyway my name is Ken WISE and I am descended from John Wise who is buried on a piece of land called Wiseland near a town called Keezletown which is itself near Harrisonburg, Va. This John Wise as near as I have been able to find out died in Rockingham County and was born circa 1760-67. He is my 5th Ggrandfather and I have his descendants from his death on to the present. I have not, however, been able to determine either his parents names and origins or his wife's maiden name and her parents and origins. I would like to find all this out if possible. Your John WISE apparently came along later. My John's wife's first name was Hannah and she is buried alongside her husband. I have visited their graves.
