Looking for information on the WISE Family from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Robert Franklin Wise who married Barbara Jean Bailey from Norfolk County (now Chesapeake), Virginia in 1956 or 1957. He was a young man in the US Navy at the time. Any help in completing this branch of my family tree will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. PJ
