I am looking for information, particularly on ancestors, about Thomas WISE, Sr. (b. 1726, d. 1795) who probably lived in Virginia or Maryland. I believe that he married Sarah LEWIS (b. 1730, d. 1800). They had several children, one of the last of whom was George WISE (b. 1773, d. 1799) who married Jane KING. George and Jane had a son, John WISE, who died in Monongalia Co., WV on April 18, 1892. Some of the children of John and Henrietta THOMAS moved on to Missouri; my own ancestors remained in West Virginia. I would be most appreciative of any information on any of these individuals.
