I am researching a Philip Wise who turns up in Frederick, Maryland with first known record being his marriage in 1793. I believe he is probably descended from 1 of 3 brothers who settled in MD approximately the same time but I have no evidence to support this belief so I am leaving no stone unturned in trying to trace his ancestry.
