Listmembers, I have been approved by Rootsweb to start a WISE surname query board as a part of the GenConnect system. It is up and ready to accept your WISE queries. One nice thing about this board is that it will be part of the GenConnect system. When anyone uses the GenConnect global search utility all boards will be searched including all GenWeb (county, state and country) and surname boards (query, biographies, wills, obits, etc.). At this time I have only set up a query board but if there is enough interest I can set up boards where we can post wills, obits, etc. Feel free to go to this board and post your WISE query. PLEASE follow the instructions on the page. Give your query a good subject line. Remember you are trying to catch the eye of that person or persons who have the information you need. In the surname box list only the surnames you mentioned in the query (not all your surnames).
