In the Abstracts of the Wills of Onslow County, Thomas Wise's will (30 March 1807 - June 1807) mentions wife Mary: sons Matthew, Selby H., Thomas and Ezekuel; daughters Hannah Bell, Elizabeth Wise, Sarah Tanner. Executors were wife Mary Wise and son Selby H. Elizabeth couldn't have been Thomas' daughter, but could easily be the daughter of one of his sons. This line of Wises often named children after siblings. If you do find this to be the case, please let me know. We may be distantly related. I'm currently researching this line.
