Hi Kenne Ellis, Small world! I don't believe any of the Wise's had roots in Virginia, but you never know. As far back as I have traced, they are from Ohio, mostly Mansfield. BTW also, since your last name is Ellis, I have ENORMOUS amounts of info on the Ellis ancestry if you should be interested. Ellis is my married name.
