I have a George LAMBERT, Jr. who married Eva Marie HARTEL b. abt 1752 in Leitersburg, Washington Co. The following information was sent to me from a Washington Co. history: "George Lambert Jr. b. Oct 15, 1746 in Leitersburg district son of George Lambert Sr. and (possibly) Eva Lambert d. 1782 George Sr. d. in 1787. George Jr. had one sister Mrs. Eve Mary KISER (GEISER). George Jr. M. Eva Maria HARTLE/HARTEL and their children are: Mrs. Margaret Hahn, Mrs. Susanna Noland, Jacob, George H., Mrs. Esther Grabill, John, Mary, Jonas and Shem. There were also three grandchildren, Rebecca and Elizabeth, dau of Mrw. Eve Gearhart and Barbara daughter of Mrs. Elizabeth Ziegler. Does the George LAMBERT is mention above fit into your family? I don't see any mention of a Catherine but wonder if you know more than the small bit I have. Please let me know. I'd like to learn more about my Eva Maria HARTEL. Thanks Carol Pratt
