Wendy, My gg grandmother was Delia Wise, who married William J Palmer in Wise County, Texas around before 1890. They and the rest of her Wise family later moved to Oklahoma, according to my grandmother, and I have lost their trail. Do they show up in your Oklahoma Wise family?
