Dear Mitchell: This may be another George Wise to eliminate from your list because his date of birth does not match the George you listed, but I thought I would throw it out there so you can eliminate this one. My George was born 4/6/1810 in Middletown, Maryland. His parents were Philip Wise and Barbara Becker and he was alive at the time of his father's death abt 1823, however, I know nothing else about him. I cannot find any record about him after 1823.
