Mitchell......I am descended from Casper George Wise (my grandfather) Believed to be born in Indiana then moved to Wapello co. Iowa, I believe in the Otumwa area. He married Olive Knight then moved to Oskaloosa, Mahaska co Iowa. Casper's Parents were George Wise and Mary Ragen, both from Indiana.I know nothing about them.
