In a reference to Ordinary Court Minutes, I found a reference to the will of Pattron WISE. It came after two blank pages which followed p. 257. In the same reference, p. 213 was from the court mtg. of 3 Sep 1821 where I found a reference to my SLAPPEY family. Can anyone explain who Pattron WISE is? Parents? From SC?
