Hi list, While doing some newspaper research I found this: Located in 'The Herald-Tribune' Nov 15, 1945 edition (a Ripley Co, Batesville IN area newspaper) "The Court has approved the expenditure of $50 per year by Edna K. Wise, Guardian for the support of each of her four children and she is authorized to expend from their funds $50 per year for the support and education of each of her said wards." Maybe this will help someone. I am connected to Weiss/Wise in the Ripley Co area, but dont know of any connection.
