I have in my possession at this time a 1980 publication titled: A History of Pine Grove Cemetery - Yamacraw, Ms. There are several WISE family members listed: Introduction: These cemeteries are located in an area that was once a part of Hancock County, Mississippi. In 1890, Pearl River County was formed and they became a part of that county. They are the main two cemeteries in the Pine Grove area often referred to as "Yamacraw". (There is also a small slave cemetery located in the "Y" of the old Columbia-Gainesville road.) Pine Grove Cemetery is adjacent to the Pine Grove Baptist Church, approximately seven miles west of Picayune, Mississippi, on Pine Grove Road - -which begins at Wheat's Curve and ends at the foot of Cybur Hill. (Cybur was once a thriving saw mill town of hundreds.) The McGehee Cemetery is located off Pine Grove Road on the Dumas Wise Road (once the old Columbia-Gainesville Road) approximately two miles from Pine Grove Cemetery.
