Father of Franklin is William WISE, b: about 1856, probable pob: IL, d: 18 Jul 1932, Munising, MI, wife Clara BELLINGER WISE, b: 10 Dec 1861, pod: TX or OH, d: 11 Jul 1938, Munising, MI. Father of William is John WISE, data unk, wife Elizabeth KRAMER, data unk. All suppose to be in Henry County, Deshler, OH area and moved to Munising, MI probably in earily 1900's.
