Benjamin Wise married first in Rowan Co., NC and in 1780s in Rutherford Co., NC. I have researched him some to see if there is any connection to our Frederick Wise of Lincoln Co., NC but have not found any although many have tried to make it so. Likewise some in my family have tried to attach themselves in some relationship to Benjamin. Just thought this note might help....
