Dot, I do not have Joseph Wise or Carolina Ford in my database, but my Wise's are from Caddo Parish and the surrounding area. I do have a Ninevah Nelson Ford and Rosa Ellen Ford and of course, a lot of Wise's. The main reason I am writing is I live about 2 miles west of the Claiborne Parish line.
