Joan, My George Wise was definitely born in Maryland in Abt. 1791, his son William was born abt. 1819 in Ohio. William was my grt grt grt grandfather. He died in 1895. I don't have a name for George's wife but she was born in Maryland also. The birth dates are close but we need more input.
