Looking for any info. on Casper Wise. bd. unknown(Aprox. 1870). Wife unknown. 3 children, Harold, Naomi, and Rosetta. Last known to live in Oskaloosa, Iowa. I believe he died in the late 1940's....Sorry I can't give you more than that. Thanks for any help you can give. Harvey Tomlin
