Hi all, I started out with Adams on the mailing list and I have now arrived at Wise. I am searching for the parents of my earliest known Wise ancestor, Christian Wise, who died in Hardy Co., WVA in 1816. His wife not named in will so presume she predeceased him. Known children, although census indicates there were more, were Frederick who m Elizabeth Ketner (my line) and died ca 1825; John; Lydia who m George Wilkins; Barbara b 1769, m Thomas STone and d Licking Co., OH 16 Sept 1848., I haven't a clue to other possible relatives.
