His father would have been Alfred and his mother Mary. He was my grandfather's brother but nobody talked about him that I know of. I was just little and they didn't talke around children. I didn't know my grandfather had another brother, he had Ellsworth Wise and he was like a grandfather to me, but until I started geneology I didn't know about William. My grandparents named their first son William, but I don't know if it was after his uncle or not. I could not find any mention in census after the 1900's in Clearfield Co.
