I am working on the following line found in YorkTwp, Morgan Co, OH: Hx Morgan Co, OH by Robertson c. 1886, pg. 523 re York Twp: Jeremiah WISE [b. ca 1779 d. 1853] with his wife [Margery or Margaret 1790-1855] and 3 children came from Maine about 1816 and settled on the farm now owned by his son, James L. He resided in the township until his decease in 1853. He was one of the prominent early Baptists of this section, honest, industrious and moderately successful. He was highly esteemed. His children were Nancy [1810-1889], Margary [1820-1908] and George W. [1815-1875]. [Additional children: Mary; Olive P. [1813-1903]; Jane 1822-1897]; James L. [1824-1896]; Eli J. [1826-1897]; Harriet H. b. ca 1829.] I can provide info re spouses of all these children.
