Mr. WISE did not appear in censuses with Blanche, although she was listed as Blanche E. WISE, married. 1930census shows her as widowed. Children from the relationship: Blanche WISE, b. 1886 in DC Ethel M. WISE, b. 1888 in DC, m. Graham Watkins HUME; died May 1977 in DC. 1 known child, William, b. 1922 in DC.
