She was born June 28, 1923, in Pleasant Valley,(Muskingum County) Ohio, a daughter of the late Ross and Goldie Cooper Wise. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church and a volunteer with Junior Bethesda Hospital League. Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Dean A. Littick of the home, whom she married Sept. 9, 1945; a son, Douglas A. Littick of Chillicothe; four grandchildren, Richard Meara of Worthington, Deanna (Drue) Shultz of Logan, Matthew Littick of Worthington and Richard Littick of Sykesville, Md.; two great-grandchildren, Miciah Littick and William Littick Shultz; a brother, Harvey A. (Sandy) Wise of Mount Vernon; a son-in-law, Dick Meara of Worthington; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Karen Littick and Cathy Meara; a brother, Cooper Dean Wise; and a sister, Wanda Harris. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Jan. 16, at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave. Zanesville Funeral services are 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, 2009, at the funeral home, with Pastor Brian George officiating.
