It is strange, my father talked of an Uncle Ransom Wise, but I have never found an uncle Ransom Wise. I don't recognize the name Benjamin Franklin, but the Ransom struck a bell. I have no reason to think this was our Ransom Wise, as I have never fit him in anywhere. But the names fit. I will let you know if I find anything.
