Do you know his parents names? The album that I have is a group of people from the Wise family -- and I actually think that it was originally owned by someone from the Fouser family. The picture is labeled "Frank Wise", not Franklin Wise. I am sure that these folks were from the Canton, Stark County area, but I am unsure if Frank is Franklin.
