I have a Joseph Wise who moved from Lancaster Co. Pa. to Troy, Ohio, Miami Co.He was born 7 March 1806. He was a distiller and his son Hugh Frazier Wise helped to start Hayner Distillery . I don't remember if we talked about this before or not.
