He was the son of Nimrod Wise and Mary Jane Galloway. I find Francis on the 1880 Carroll Co. AR census with his wife Sarah (Moore) and son Charles age 1. I am trying to find more info on his children (2 daughters and 1 son). I think they ended up in Idaho where his daughter Anna married James Hollandsworth. I have a picture of Anna Viola and her sister but it just says grandma Anna and her sister. I also have a picture of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wise but it doesn't say his wifes name. There were some in the family that said Sarah Moore was an orphan and I can't find any info on her. I would appreciate any info on this family. I have Anna's family and would be happy to share.
