John Wise (1733-1800 -- married to Anne Smith). Based on my research John would be my Great,Great,Great,Great,Greatgrandaddy. I am the daughter of Bobby Wise, son of Arthur Wise (1902-1976), son of Todd Wise (1877-1971), son of Herrin Wise (1838-1908), son of James Wise (1800-1873), son of Joseph Wise (1772), son of the aforementioned John Wise (1733-1800). I'm trying to find proof that this is the lineage and also that John Wise did in fact serve during the Revolutionary War. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
