He was the son of Samuel Weiss and Elizabeth Grassley. A lady is sending me his will; but I am wondering where his wife and children are. He married in Trumbull Co, OH Mary Criddler in 1835. Their children are Elizabeth, Henry, william, Samuel, Daniel, Eliza Ann, Abraham, John and Mary J(who died about 2 yrs old and is buried with her father) Find one son in 1860 Census living with his aunt; but everyone else disappears!
