Have you checked on Rootsweb for  Peter Wise and spouse Ester Baum ancestry as well as descendants for Daniel.  This lineage has connections in Washington County, Pa going back to early 1800's as well as Maryland.  They list a son Daniel b. about 1830; There is another Daniel, brother to Peter above b.
