Born in Anderson, she was a former Yuba-Sutter resident. She was a Realtor and a notary public. Also, she was a member of the First United Methodist Church and the Board of Realtors. Survivors include her sister, Georgia Green of Raleigh, N.C.; and five grandchildren. Donations may be made to the Wise Scholarship Fund, in care of Oroville Union High School District, 2211 Washington Ave., Oroville, CA 95966; or the First United Methodist Church, 45 Acacia Ave., Oroville, CA 95966. Services: A memorial service is scheduled at 10 a.m. Monday at the First United Methodist Church, 45 Acacia Ave., Oroville, with Pastor Rochelle Fraizer officiating.
