I'm the person looking for Zangl or Zangle in Sauk County. Jeanne did give me some cemetery inscriptions and I am looking into those. My grandfather Johann Zangl was married in Wisconsin to Katherina ----something like Fischinger---and probably 3 of their children were born there 1875-1881. However, they all survived to settle in South Dakota so I know of no direct connections that died in Wisconsin. However, sometimes I have found things by looking at parallel lines--maybe this time also. The items that would help me the most would be Johann Zangl's marriage to Katherina, about 1874, and birth of children John Zangl in 1875, Robert Zangl in 1877, and Barbara Zangl in 1881..
