I would like to establish contact with any descendents of FRANZ WILLIAM ZIMMERMANN, either through his first wife ANNA CATHERINA SCHROEDER or his second ANNA CATHERINA SIEGER, all likely born in Sauk City or Sauk County from 1855 to 1883. Franz was a Civil War Veteran and immigrated to Sauk County with his two sisters: Anna Catherina the wife of OTTO REINER COENEN and Anna Maria the wife of THEODORE SCHMITZ, both families also of Sauk County or adjacent Dane County.
