Surnames: RHINEHART RINEHARD BOSACKER Submitter: Scott Bosecker (sbosecker@mindspring.com) Date: 05 Aug 2000 URL: http://www.mindspring.com/~sbosecker The 1860 Sauk County Census has the following: M653 #1429 Town of Greenfield Page 196 Dwelling 1663 A. Rhinehart 38 M W Farmer W????Germany Elizabeth " 41 F W " Lena " 13 F W " Sophia " 10 F W " Elizabeth " 5 F W Wis ? (can't read) " 3 M W " Alex " 9/12 M W " I am trying to determine the maiden name of Alex Rhinehart's wife, Amelia (see below). Alexander Rhinehart was in Sauk County, WI in 1860 and left before about 1900 for Iowa. Alexander Rinehard was born August 1859 and married Amelia. John Bosacker moved from Sauk County to Missouri in the 1860's. In his will (just prior to 1900) he leaves a sum of money to his niece, Amelia Rinehard, of Iowa. I find one Amelia Rinhart (born: Nov 1868) in Iowas, married to Alexander Rinhart. Both Alexander & Amelia were born in WI. Scott Bosecker
