    3. Here is an email I got from Kathy Waddell offering to do research for me. One caveat that I got from a cousin--some of the information she got back was about the wrong person, so I'll try it out on a limited basis, but I'll try to be very specific about what I do and don't want. Leslie Hope researching Baraboo and Ironton Quakers 1852-1890 Wm Meredith and Malinda (Mason) Beeson, Mark and Rachel (Osborne) Davis, James and Rachel (Davis) Horine, Stephen Davis and Lillie (Beeson) Horine, Thomas and Mahola (Puckett) Mason. Leslie, I have a lot of information on the Beeson family and many related families. Our Society charges $15.00 per hour for research and for one hour's fee, I can send you a packet with everything from local histories to family information gleaned from the courthouse, obituaries, etc. We can also copy the pages of Volume 5 that have your family's inscriptions on it as well as information on the cemeteries they are in. We also check all the cemetery volumes to be sure they aren't buried elsewhere. I can look for the obituary you requested as well as others. Ken Lange's book is about Sauk County in general and for the most part doesn't talk about specific families. Any information I find in any books regarding the family you are researching can be copied if it is out of print. I have Malinda's obituary (which is very short) as well as information on William's second marriage the next year. I also have four people you can contact who are related to the Beesons. If you'd like us to send you what we have, we can start with one hour of time. I can send you a lot of stuff for that time. If, after an hour, we can go on, or you have questions or want us to find more, we can go from there. You can send a check to: Sauk County Historical Society, PO Box 651, Baraboo, WI 53913. I hope we can help.
