The book is 800 plus pages and currently sells elsewhere without an index for $85.00 plus shipping. If we get many interested, we will probably have the books available by this summer. We are just curious as to the market for the book before we invest. If you know anyone else who would be intereste, please ask them also. We would appreciate any feedback.
