Phyl in Reno - I do not have a subscription, of course, just accessing the free portions. But, the consensus of those who responded to my Yahoo genealogy post was that Ancestry was having problems. I would trust they have solved them by this time, but I am not taking any chances myself, will not go into Ancestry directly for a while. Last week, everytime I went to www.ancestry.com I got into the site but could not go to any links, and after that I could not go anywhere else on the entire World Wide Web. Only happened when I went to their site, not when I went to any other site first. I would turn off machine, sometimes would be ok on restart, sometimes not. When it entirely locked up after one time going to Ancestry, my ISP Support found some glitch in my connection to them, I had to disconnect from them, and reconnect. This glitch was not there before I started having the Ancestry problems (I use the free portions a lot). Maybe they have corrected it, maybe not????
