As stated when one joins this list - this list is for the discussion of items pertaining mainly to genealogy but will allow for some history as it pertains to Richland County, Wisconsin. I've only had to step into lists as an administrator 2 or 3 times in the last 5 years - so most folks understand and abide by the rules. As Terry has apologized for his mistake (and we all make them) I consider his post a dead issue - other than to say to you all, watch what you post - for not all folks on all lists will treat you so kind as the folks here did. Current politics and/or religious postings not in the context of Richland County history or genealogy are best discussed elsewhere. As for other remarks of an unkind nature, please desist from using such on the list. If you disapprove of a post so vehemently, please send your message privately. Every once in a great while, I may post a warning about a virus - as this past weekend a new variation of an old virus cropped up and is still beating on my door. I also from time to time send a message to subscribers of how many folks are here, but this will be the exception rather than the rule. Other than that keep your cards and letters coming!
