Terry, you have apologized more than enough times.. Maybe the problem is that you do such an outstanding job that some of these people can't understand that you could make a mistake...? I would defy any of them to honestly say that they have NEVER sent a message to the wrong address!! And... even if you had intended to send it to us, so what is the BIG deal???
