While reading the Richland Republican Observer, I ran across this little bit of trivia that some might appreciate. It was located in the Jan 6, 1881 edition, Page 8, col 4 During 1880 in Richland County, there were 206 marriages 115 births (62 girls, 53 boys) 38 deaths (24 females, 14 males; average age 31 yr) Margaret Jordan
