On page 1005 of the Richland County History (Buena Vista Township), there is reference made to a James A. Bills who married a Permelia Emerson from Erie County, PA. Can anyone tell me where I might begin to find more information on these individuals? The history does not give any information as to their death in the county, and neither of them was born in the county.
