She had been in ill health for the past year and confined to bed most of the time since November 2. Mrs. Lodzinski, whose maiden name was Sophie Tork, was born in May, 1862, in Poland. Her marriage to Peter Lodzinski took place in Poland 53 years ago. The couple came to this country and located at the present farm home where Mrs. Lodzinski had resided since. Mr. Lodzinski passed away 29 years ago. Surviving are four sons and five daguhters, Mrs. J. Pavalowski, 335 Fourth avenue, Mrs. J. Klish, 359 Fourth avenue, Paul Lodzinski, Normal avenue, Mrs. Ed Prodzinski, Normal avenue, Julius Lodzinski, Franklin street, Miss Victoria Lodzinski of Chicago, Mrs. Peter Klish of the town of Carson, John Lodzinski of the town of Linwood and Felix Lodzinski at the family home. Five sisters, Mrs. Victoria Wisnewski of Stevens Point, Mrs. Thomas Mosey, Meadow street, Mrs. Ed Przybylski of Eau Pleine, Mrs. Peter Shilky of Linwood and Mrs. Nick Klish of Carson; 38 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren also survive. Funeral arrangements have not been completed. The body will be at the Lodzinski homestead in Linwood. Stevens Point Journal 19 Nov 1934 Funeral of Mrs. Lodzinski Funeral services for Mrs. Sophie Lodzinski, who died Wednesday morning at her home in the town of Linwood, were held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock at St. Bartholomew's church at Mill Creek. Rev. Victor Hoppa and Rev. Edward Horyza officiated and burial was made in the parish cemetery. The pallbearers were Nicholas Wisniewski, Felix Przybylski, Frank Tork, Michael Tork, Paul Shelki and Casimir Klish. Relatives from away who attended the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Sam Tork of Bessemer, Michigan, and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Freda of Butternut.
