Hello Portage County: I am trying to locate the marriage of REUBEN SMITH, age 27 to JANE SHARP, age 20 in abt. 1850. They are on the 1850 Census for Plover, Portage County. Their first child was born abt. 1851. The 6th child, Eber, was born in Plover, Portage County so it could be safe to say that at least the first 6 children were born in Plover. I am interested in the marriage and the birth's of the children. I do not know their religion. Is anyone else researching this family? Any information or direction would be greatly appreciated.
