SOULE was born in Middleburgh, Cuvahogo county, Ohio, August 8, 1850, and died at Lone Pine October 30, 1900. He was a patient sufferer from Bright’s disease for seven years. In company with his parents he came to Wisconsin in 1861. At the age of 18 he experienced religion and united with the M. E. church at Almond and remained a member till his death. For a number of years he had been an active member of Almond lodge I. O. O. F. under whose auspices the burial services were conducted by the M. E. church, Almond, Rev. D. B. Coffee officiating. September 14, 1874, he married Miss Emma ACHILLES, of Lone Pine, and to them were born a daughter, Edith, wife of Wm. GUSTIN, and two sons, Elmer and Ellery, all of Lone Pine, who with Mrs. L. SOULE of Appleton and the following brothers and sisters are left to mourn his loss: Milo D. SOULE of Delavan, Minn., Miss Armela McCRARY of Rural, Rev. Wm. W. SOULE of Hickory, Rev. Almeron B. SOULE of Bayfield, Alfred O. SOULE of Appleton, Ira E. SOULE of Rural, Frank O. Soule of Winslow, Illinois, and Ella, wife of Frank COURT of Appleton. All were present at the funeral except Milo of Delavan, Minn.
