He had been confined in bed about a month before he passed away. The body was to be taken here today and later will be moved to the home of Mrs. Peter FRASCH, 628 Prentice street, a daughter of the deceased. Funeral arrangements have not been completed but services will be held in Stevens Point, probably Wednesday morning, with burial in Guardian Angel Cemetery. Survivors of Mr. BIESIK besides the daughter who resides here are the widow, four sons, John, William, Roman and Harry, and a daughter, Miss Emily BIESIK, all of Milwaukee, and three other daughters, Mrs. George L. CAMPBELL of Oklahoma City, Okla., Mrs. Frederick H. WILKINS of Chicago and Mrs. Edgar E. AULT of Wilmette, Ill. Stevens Point Daily Journal September 2, 1933 John BIESIK John BIESIK, a resident of Stevens Point prior to a few years ago when he moved to Wausau, died at a Wausau hospital shortly before noon Saturday following an illness of about six months, was born in Germany, January 7, 1862, and was the son of Mr. And Mrs. John BIESEK. He was married to Miss Clara PEPLINSKI on October 1, 1887. The deceased came to this country about 50 years ago and has been a resident of Stevens Point since, with the exception of the last few years, when he lived in Wausau. He was trustee of St. Peter’s church for 16 years. Surviving besides the widow are four sons and five daughters, three brothers, Paul of Torun, Frank and Nicholas of Milwaukee. The children are: Mrs. Peter FRASCH, 628 Prentice street, Stevens Point, Mrs. George L. CAMPBELL of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Mrs. Frederick H. WILKENS of Chicago, Mrs. Edgar E. AULT of Wilmette, Illinois, and John, William, Roman, Harry and Emily BIESIK, all of Milwaukee. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 o’clock Wednesday morning at St. Peter’s church, Rev. Julius Chylinski officiating and interment will be in Guardian Angel cemetery. The body is at the home of Mrs. FRASCH on Prentice street. Stevens Point Daily Journal September 5, 1933 Funeral of John BIESIK Funeral services for John BIESIK, a resident of Stevens Point for many years, who died at a Wausau hospital Saturday morning, were held at 10:30 o’clock Wednesday morning at St. Peter’s church. Rev. Edward B. Horyza officiated at a requiem high mass and interment was in the Guardian Angel cemetery. Pallbearers were John WOZNICKI, Michael FRIDAY, Peter KAMINSKI, Stanley BEMOWSKI, George MOLSKI and Nicholas MANCHESKI. Those from out of town who attended the funeral were the widow, Mrs. Clara BIESIK, Milwaukee; Mrs. Edgar E. AULT, Willmette, Illinois; Mrs. Frederick H. WILKENS, Chicago; Mr. And Mrs. William BIESEK, Mr. And Mrs. Roman BIESEK, John and Harry BIESEK, all of Milwaukee; Paul BIESEK and son, Joseph, of Torun. ----------------- Mrs. Clara Biesik A former Stevens Point resident, Mrs. Clara Biesik, Wauwatosa, died at 4 p.m. Sunday at the age of 92. Mrs. Biesik lived here for 40 years, moving to the Milwaukee area 32 years ago. She was the widow of John Biesik. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 10 o’clock at St. Jude’s Catholic Church in Wauwatosa. Mrs. Biesik, the former Clara Peplinski, was born in Germany on May 15, 1866. She came to the United States when she was 16, and moved here after living in the East for a short time. Her marriage to Mr. Biesik took place in Stevens Point. She is survived by four daughters, Mrs. Frederick (Theresa) Wilkens and Mrs. Edgar E. (Agnes) Ault, Evanston, Ill., Mrs. Grace Campbell, Milwaukee, and Mrs. Edward T. (Emily) Leising, Wauwatosa, with whom she lived; two sons, William Biesik, Miwaukee, and Harry, Wauwatosa; 33 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; a brother, Joseph Peplinski, Richfield Springs, N.Y., and a half-brother, Sigmund Peplinski, Galloway. She was preceded in death by three children, Mrs. Clementine Frasch, John Biesik and Roman Biesik. Stevens Point Journal Monday, October 13, 1958 Page 8 --------------------- Mrs. Peter Frasch Mrs. Peter Frasch, age 54, of 628 Prentice street, died this morning at 3:30 o’clock at St. Michael’s hospital. She has been ailing since last November and was admitted to the hospital Thursday night. She was confined to bed the past week. A lifelong resident of Stevens, Mrs. Frasch, whose maiden name was Clementine Biesik, was born here on November 5, 1889. She was a daughter of Clara and the late John Biesik. She attended the local schools and her marriage to Mr. Frasch took place in Stevens Point on November 10, 1908. Mrs. Frasch was a member of St. Cecelia’s court No. 185. Women’s Catholic Order of Foresters, and the Catholic Daughter of America. Active in war work, Mrs. Frasch was civilian defense block captain and worked on numerous Red Cross drives. Surviving are her husband, who is a patient at Pinehurst sanatorium at Janesville; her mother, who resides with a daughter, Mrs. Edward T. Leising at Milwaukee; 10 children, Misses Leona T. Frasch and Elaine D. Frasch of Evanston, Ill., Mrs. William T. Powell of New Orleans, La.; Corporal Daniel T. Frasch of Fort Bliss, Tex., whose home is at Milwaukee, Mrs. Clement P. Eiden of Joliet, Ill., Corporal Alfred Frasch in New Guinea, Mres. Preston P. Gordon of Orlando, Fla., Technical Sergeant Peter C. Frasch in the southwest Pacific and Margaret Mary and Jacqueline Ann Frasch at home; four sisters, Mrs. F. H. Wilkens and Mrs. E. E. Ault of Evanston and Mrs. George Campbell and Mrs. Leising of Milwaukee; four brothers, William, Harry and John Biesek of Milwaukee and Roman Biesek of Oconomowoc, and six grandchildren. The body is at the Prais funeral home where it may be viewed after Sunday noon. Funeral arrangements have not been made. Members of St. Cecelia’s court of Foresters and the Catholic Daughters will meet at the funeral home Monday evening to say the rosary at 8 o’clock. The body is at the Prais funeral home where the rosary will be said this evening and Tuesday evening at 8 o’clock. Members of St. Cecelia’s court No. 185, Women’s Catholic Order of Foresters will attend the funeral in a body. The Foresters and Catholic Daughters will say the rosary this evening at 8 o’clock at the funeral home. STANLEY, 90, Wild Rose Manor, Wild Rose, died Friday at the Wild Rose Community Memorial Hospital. She was born Feb. 7, 1897, in Stevens Point, daughter of the late John and Clara (PEPLINSKI) BIESIK. She was married to Edgar AULT in 1921 in Chicago. He died in 1934. She later was married to Walter STANLEY in 1961, in McHenry, Ill. He died in 1969. Survivors include two sons; Edgar AULT, Chicago, and David AULT, Dallas, Texas; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; and a sister, Theresa WILKENS, Palatine, Ill. She was preceded in death by one daughter. Services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Church in Wautoma. Rev. Robert Karuhn will officiate. Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Skokie, Ill. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Holy Funeral Home in Wild Rose. A prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Stevens Point Daily Journal July 6, 1987 ---------------------- Charles H. BIESIK Charles H. BIESIK, 71, a former Stevens Point resident living at Route 1, Wild Rose, died at the hospital in Wild Rose on Thursday. Funeral services will be held at 10 p.m. at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Wautoma. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, Wautmona. Friends may call after 4:30 p.m. today at the Holly Funeral Home, Wild Rose. A prayer service will be held at 8:15 p.m. Mr. BIESIK was born May 12, 1905, in Stevens Point, a son of the late Mr. And Mrs. John BIESIK. His marriage was to Eleanore HINTZ on October 25, 1939, in the town of Stockton. Survivors include his wife; one son, Charles, Germantown; five daughters, Mrs. Gordon (Sharon) DREES, Wauwatosa, Mrs. Roger (Louise) CHRISTENSEN and Mrs. Patricia REGUSE, both of Wild Rose, Mrs. Albert (Kathleen) BUCHEGER, Franklin, and Mrs. James (Elizabeth) KAUER, Rib Lake; two sisters, Mrs. Theresa WILKENS, Arlington Heights, Ill., and Mrs. Agnes STANLEY, Chicago, Ill., and 17 grandchildren.
