The marriage in Milwaukee fits for 1886 and will send for record. Anthony Allen has been difficult to track. The obituary index indicates an obit in the SPWJ newspaper for Anthony Allen on 21 Jan 1893, and I have ordered a copy. Hopefully it will give a birth date,place and parents etc.
