(Emil) Pionek Lorna E. (Emil) Pionek, 68, 425 Bliss Ave., died Thursday morning at Wausau Hospitals Center. She had been a patient there since Monday. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Chuch with the Rev. Lyle Schulte officiating. Friends may call after 5 p.m. Sunday at the Dzikoski/Pisarski Funeral Home. St. Anne Altar Society of St. Joseph Parish, of which she was a member, will combine with the general rosary at 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Mrs. Pionek was born Oct. 5, 1920, in Arnott, a daughter of the late Stanley and Bertha Kawleski. She attended schools in the town of Eau Pleine and was employed at the Lullabye Furniture Co. She was married to Emil Pionek on Sept. 8, 1945, at St. Michael Catholic Church in Junction City. He survives. After their marriage, the couple settled in Stevens Point at their present address. Other survivors included one daughter, Audrey (Delbert) Grimm, Wyocena; one son, Bernard (Shari), Junction City, five grandchildren, one sister, Dorothy (Philip) Czaplewski, Custer; and two brothers, Ralph (Jean) Kawleski, Stevens Point and Clifford (Loretta) Kawleski, Junction City.
